darkest hour 44-45. its a mod for red orchestra 1 and it's better than any game tripwire has ever made... which is saying a lot because I actually like the games.
44-45 is just incredible, still gets updated today, and it has still 100 or so dedicated players that play regularly. They rp, but not generally in the gay wehraboo way and they're really chill to new players.

edmund had some mastermind omegabrain plan that involved a massive community wide ARG to find it by making everyone kill their characters in sacrifice rooms holding a specific trinket in order to get puzzle pieces so they would all come together, put all the pieces together, then find the true way to unlock it, which at the end of all that involved dying as 4 characters in 4 specific places to specific enemies in a specific order
dataminers mined it and skipped the puzzle piece bullshit, and edmund sperged about 100$ steaks on twitter for a bit

Last I played was last year but they pretty much ported all of the SexLab frameworks over. There's also bouncing physics too. The only thing that's missing is maybe physics on armor but that's not really important. And CBBE is much better in SE because it's completely modular now.

I will say that the body mods were done with bodyslide, and you can find sexlab compatibilities for child race mods at allthefallen. The actual sexlab mod I think was either defeat or submit, whichever one has a consensual component to it. I think I also had amorous adventures installed.
