I had lots of trouble with Talos principle but never looked anything up. It was quite rewarding to find the solutions. And I loved the story and interactions in the terminals.

Portal was ok but it was by no means difficult. Just some fun little puzzles with a few Aha! Moments thrown in when you learn each new mechanic.

People like it more for the setting and characters than for being a "good puzzle game"
