Remake is one of the worst selling Mario titles in the franchise's history

BiS feels a bit odd to me, maybe because you don't play as the bros. in the overworld as much as you do Bowser. SS is still peak M&L.

Yeah yeah, cope hard you Bowser shitter. You only like the game purely out of novelty. Had it been Mario bros only and no Fawful you'd hate the game and see how shit it really was. SS DX sold better even though the 3DS was old pat by then too. No one got the BIS remake because they were remined that oh! The game was actually shit and not at all as fun as they remembered it.

This remake was completely unnecessary. The original still looks, sounds, and plays great, and can be played on the 3DS. The Superstar Saga remake made sense because it was the only one that couldn't be played on the 3DS, and the original was somewhat dated compared to later entries. Plus it actually felt like a fresh new experience with the all-new graphics and remastered soundtrack. The BiS remake on the other hand feels mostly the same but some added detail, as the original game's graphics and soundtrack are hardly dated at all.

TL;DR: Nobody asked for this because we didn't need it, and nobody wanted it for that same reason.

It's just really annoying that people have the need to shit on M&L Recently for no reason other than existing over Paper Mario

its dull as fuck and the pacing is awful. There no huge problem with the game but its just not that fun.

Its nice to see that others feel the same. Dream Team's real and dreamy battle mechanics are stupid good and they beat out Bowser's brain dead press x or hold y battles. Bosses chasing you are also a step in the right direction

I'd have to disagree. There were a lot of areas that just looked way more interesting in the remake. The Fawfulized Peach's Castle being the biggest example.

Why is it that people talk more about PM 1&2 than M&L? Is it because PM is a console game or do they have more depth than M&L?

PM came out at the right time to become a nostalgic series to people. Personally the TTYD wanking sickens me but whatever.
