HOW TO FIX ARTIFICER:
Shift is now pic related but lasts for 6 seconds (with a 15 sec. cd) and the root is 1 second with a 2 second refresh rate. Each root also applies a 100% damage hit with low proc coefficient (simply so that enemies can be executed if they're under the threshold). All enemies in the radius get the execution debuff.
Flamethrower's range is now extended with syringes and is no longer an all-or-nothing crit.
