but the worst thing of all is the absolutely garbage can tier art. it makes no sense to me why artists like shadman get shit on regularly (and often times rightly so) yet this not only gets a free pass but is celebrated.

Finished Higurashi not too long ago, and really liked it. First real H-game I ever sought out was Beat Angel Escalayer.

Reminder that the original translation of Ever17 had his name listed as "Youth." At the last minute, they decided that sounded awkward, so they did a sloppy replace all for "Youth" with "Kid." This resulted in things like "kidink" and "kidere"
