In the grand scheme of things you aren't going to miss out on anything truly significant if you play a game with a censored tit. It is a matter of how badly you want to preserve your integrity as a person and how much you want to reward localization companies for their malpractices.
I have bought censored games in the past and I'll probably keep doing it in the future.
