I can't get the timing for fucking parrying right, I am stuck at the guy at the top of the castle that strikes twice when his blade flashes and I know exactly what I need to do (parry twice when he attacks until his posture breaks) but my brain refuses to press the buttons correctly at the right time. It would be a godsend if From made the a longer window for parries.

The blue guy? Use the hat shield prosthetic. You'll destroy his posture in like three hits.

Don't use the shield prosthetic. That guy is there to teach you how to parry properly.
Just don't be a bitch and learn it and the rest of the game will be much more enjoyable.

you can't parry that guy, you have to dodge out of the way when his sheath flashes, then attack him
also when he does a sweep attack, you can jump above it and kick him for posture damage

I am a god damn retard and bad at all FromSoft games and I can handle this shit.
If anything it's too lenient at times.
