I only like the fascistic/roman building esthetics but besides that the game is fucking stale.

Couldn't get into 4 at all. Didn't even mind the change of characters (except for Mexican with top knot/man bun which is cringy as fuck like the cyperpunk demo).

I just didn't want to be chainsawing robots. Who the fuck thought chainsawing metal drones would be satisfying in any way.

tired of women in games honestly.
people think it's just sexism but it's not. wars have historically been fought by men so naturally 99.9% of war heroes are men too. women on the other hand has historically lived a much more sedentary lifestyle in comparison, so people don't associate women with wars, combat, battle whatever because they weren't there. people can relate to that because all we know about such scenarios was told through a man's perspective, but now they want to reverse the roles for the sake of representation but it never feels genuine or true because facts say otherwise. so they create a typical stoic, gritty male character in a female body and it never makes sense. or they stay true to the female stereotype with the same scenario but that doesn't feel right either.
if they want to tell stories through a female's perspective they need to put more effort into building up the character from the bottom so players can understand and relate to her motivations, just because it doesn't make sense by default for a woman to be in whatever situation (fictional or not) AND most gamers are male and don't know anything about the hardships (lol) women face in their lives, so how could they possibly relate.

i'm not really smart or articulate enough to make posts like this but this is what i feel is the case anyway. female characters aren't the problem, the people trying to shoehorn them into everything for no good reason is.
