Unless its supposed to be some cinematic movie title, there is no reason to hire professional voice actors when you can just use some random devs voice from the company or pull a friend into the studio for some quick recordings. At least that was how it used to be. I don't know about you guys but I get tired of hearing the same 12 people's voices anyway.

I would be fine with a union if it was just to stop the unpaid overtime but it's going to go way beyond that.
