Voiced characters can be good sometimes, but they really shouldn't be a priority over the other workers first. You really can get just about anybody to do the same quality of work as most VAs and if you use the same person enough they'll get meme fame eventually. So, really it's best just to grab an IT guy for some lines and use him a lot instead of paying some pompous jerk.
