Why is everyone so critical of game streaming? You know this is a very early gen technology right? You know technology gets improved right? What sets game streaming apart?

You don't own anything. That alone is enough to make it irredeemably shit. At least with digital download you can dump the files and keep/spread them around after the servers go down. With streaming you're SOL
The main block game sreaming must over one isn't encryption or horsepower-based. The US data infrastructure is complete shit and cannot support this implementation. It simply does not provide stable delivery.
>you dont own anything
Streaming games over shitty American us retarded, but not as retarded as you.
News flash: you don't and never did own any software you didnt code yourself
Only trailer park people are complain
Fpbp
Games as a service is cancer. Same with asspulling everything as a service. It's a clear messge to stop consuming.
>heh but the eula/tos says you're only licensing it, so you don't own it either way!
You know exactly what I meant when I said that, fuck off
The fact it will introduce any kind of extra lag to the game at all makes it a big fat NOPE for me.
>no action,fps,fighting games
Turn based card games, maybe, but I've tried something similar like that before too, and it was also shit.
So meh. Yeah. Nah. No thanks.
>You know this is a very early gen technology right?
It's not though. OnLive launched almost a decade ago and now Sony owns everything they ever did lol.
People that defend google and stadia are cattle.
