From what I can tell they want it to crash so it starts from scratch again. However this just isnt possible. Even if a crash were to occur the effects would be WORSE than what we have now. You would get super safe titles and thats it.

In the event of a crash huge investors would pull out of companies like EA, Ubisoft, and Activision causing them to go belly up. In the absence of these big publishers the average pleb wouldn't have trash like CoD or Asscreed and would be forced to buy other games to get their fix allowing smaller developers a better chance for success.
