I never though about this, but this happens alot. What causes this effect of don't being afraid of big bosses but being afraid of normal sized bosses?
Just like DMC4, you'll be playing the main story with Trish and Lady.

Its probably because most oversized bosses are slow or have obvious telegraphed attacks making the easy to predict. The humanoid type bosses are more like fighting a mirror version of yourself where they probably have all the moves you do.
