Actually I do own the game itself since I can crack it at any time if anybody tries to fuck with the license. That is the difference between owning a game and just having a license. You can't do that at all if the game is streaming only, and when they decide to stop hosting it, you can NEVER play it again.

There will always be demand for traditional PC gaming because people like to customize their games. Even if some games are streaming only, I think most will still be downloadable on PC. Nvidia and AMD have to keep selling their video cards somehow.
