desk is a last resort.
It just needs to be off the ground in a elevated position of some sort.

why would you put it where it gets bad air circulation and will be under constant attack from dust bunnies and hair?

I might try that!

He really should have it on a wooden board. That would cut the amount of dust being sucked off the floor in half. Plus you get better temps on the floor. My temps are 5F better on the floor.

The tower is meant for the floor. It's massive and you get to have way more desk space without it.
