It's the definition of a 6/10.
The gameplay loop reminded me a lot of MGSV, in that you have several open world maps to go to, you need to work on developing your own equipment, sending soldiers to find stuff and such.
The story is not too interesting and is predictable, and there's only one ending, so they might as well have no choices.
Also, the dialogue system got Fallout 4'd, in that, instead of paragon or renegade, you just have 3 ways to say the same and one to ask a question about the whole thing.
Animations in cutscenes are awful, specially in those that are about action.
