I’ve met a few. Seems more to be a person issue than a gender issue, few people seem to be capable of genuine introspection regardless of gender, hence why so many people are quick to blame their problems on others either general groups (the patriarchy, Jews, white people) or specific individuals (parents, boss, ex-gf) rather than considering their flaws that led them to their negative situations.

A good proof of someone being capable of introspection is changing a major idea they hold without trauma as an influencing factor (eg. changing religions but not because a priest molested you).
