Rape, sex between soldiers, lowered fitness standards (like we see in America since 99% of women can't pass the male-only standards), pregnancy, menstruation, the male protective instinct potentially sabotaging combat situations, etc.. There's also the issue that men are the ones who start the majority of wars.
