I'd say that was just foolish pride, combined with jealousy. Even in the book of Job its not like he's been barred from heaven or anything, but he's angry that god is paying attention to humans so much or something. He sees humans as worthless and tells god to give up on them, and god says there are still good humans. Take that along with the general concept of Lucifer once being the favorite son who thought he would take over God's position one day, but that's not how it works since god is forever, only for God to one day favor these new creatures he was creating. So Lucifer rebelled, trying to take the kingdom for himself, only to fall and get sent crashing to earth by Archangel Micheal.

Rather than a passing whim, it just felt like foolishness in different ways.

If so, then maybe Shamiko's cooking is responsible, but not in a nutritional sense. Rather, hanging out with Shamiko all the time has put Mono's mind on sex for the first time, and so her sexual characteristics are finally starting to develop.

You notice Momo was a child when she became a magical girl. Their bodies do still grow normally after becoming magical girls, they still get older, develop muscle mass, and get hungry. The only difference noted so far is that wounds don't heal as easily or something.

A note on Lico / Riko thing.
Her name clearly comes from a chinese word "狐狸" which basically means a fox.
zh.wiktionary.org/wiki/狐狸
It's romanized as "{k||c}o{r||l}i" in Japanese, and "húli" in Chinese. So I think "Lico" is fine enough. It’s nothing to do with the real name Riko.

I think there was a certain story in the book of enoch, about fallen angels or angels mating with humans and creating a different race, which had to be purged.

It takes a while to make the Lilith dolls. The doll has to be in close proximity to the ancestue, but the real limiting factor is that the dolls are consumables that expire kind of quickly and that it's a bit of a hassle to knead the dolls out.

So I was reading on Wiki about the Staff of Aaron since people were suggesting that it might be Shamiko's staff. Apparently the Kings of Israel later placed the staffs of Moses and Aaron either in the Ark of the Covenant or in the same sanctuary of the Temple with the Ark and thus they disappeared with the Ark.
I wonder if Ito read that part? If she did, does this mean that Joshua was one of the ones who stole the Ark and is the Ark now hidden somewhere in Tama Town?

Long as you get most of the way there, and then apply a stroke to the text, it probably won't be noticeable. You tend to put a white stroke around the text during gradient panels anyway. Its win win.

The blood itself isn't important. Rather, the blood is a conduit that lets them siphon off the magical girl's mana, and then use that mana to counteract the seals.

Does it have to be a the mana of the Light Clan to counteract the seals placed by the Light Clan, or is it just that only the Light Clan has enough mana to do the job? Unclear. Did the Light Clan place those seals just to be dicks, was it to leverage their victories to permanently weaken the Dark Clan families, or are they seals not just seals but a way to steal the luck and power of the Dark Clan for themselves? Unknown.

There's still a lot we don't know about the seals, but the lore is dense enough that whatever answers we eventually get won't be asspulls made up on the spot.
