The canon is the christian Bible for both protestants and catholics, the interpretation and culture varies however. Jews like to add shit and make stuff up and muslims seem to reinterpret the abrahamic stories through a tint of additional and unecesarry fantasy elements making them more fantastic sounding. Either way, in all versions Eve is the first woman and first waifu. Filled is irrelevant, it's like some spinoff OVA.
