The worst decision in shounen manga is being able to casually just revive dead people.
I think Kinnikuman invented it and it was ridiculous there, with Kinnikuman eventually being able to revive anybody at will and the afterlife being a literal place with guards that you can just run out of to come back to life like breaking out of prison.
Powers ramping up and people getting new powers they never knew they had can be done well, but once people start coming back to life consistently all the tension is gone.

Meanwhile a lot of the pitfalls Mashima made with Fairy Tail he seems to have avoided in Eden's Zero, which is pretty enjoyable for what it is right now. The worst decision was the editor‘s, who greenlit a series in which the MC’s only power was punching really hard. An asspull was inevitable; you can’t write hundreds of chapters of battle shonen off that. His Surname Midoriya was broadcast during the sports festival, that would certainly make it easier to find a family. Having a family at risk is a pretty common trope for hero comics, honestly. All there really needs to be in this case is for someone to want to hurt Deku in particular.

Giving yourself internal heart massage doesn't require superhuman strength infused into Nen so I don't know what contract you're looking for. Do you actually know how Nen work? It's not canon and it might as well be considered canonically refuted. Araki added a tiny note in a data book which says the reason Dio is shown using what looks like Hermit Purple at the start of part 3 is because it's the stand of the Joestar body he is stealing, a stand which coincidentally looks like Hermit Purple but isn't (it's unnamed). Dio having Hermit Purple is the strongest argument about Dio having every Joestar power and Araki canonically buried that argument in a footnote. According to that footnote, Dio canonically has two stands. It's all quite silly and it's fair to say that Araki obviously prepared a plot twist about Dio having every Joestar power and then changed his mind. It probably made Dio too strong. There would be no conceivable way to beat him if fought smartly with Hermit Purple, all of the final fight consisted of Jotaro tricking Dio and none of that could have happened if Dio had a clairvoyance ability.
