Yea Forums has been translating this series for years, but image quality has been put on priority so people only work with the public RAWs made available on official Jump releases, which is on Sundays. Now that the anime made series explode in popularity a speedscan group called MangaPillar picked the series up to release lower quality scans before Sunday, usually on Saturdays the same time the anime episode gets released.
There's also the Viz release on Jump official release days as well, Sunday. So at this point it's just a matter of what translation one prefers between Viz and Yea Forums since the image quality is the same.

“Redefining the industry” is an unfair standard to be held to, and I don’t think that’s what KnY is trying to do at all. But despite the dumb hyperbolic youtube hypeshills, I do think this series has solid potential to be a damn near perfect work with very interesting allegorical content by the time it finishes. My instincts on that are to be optimistic because I have a lot of love for this series, but I’ll wait until it’s over before making judgments either way. I find the adaption to be really enjoyable to watch. The soundtrack is absolutely godly thanks to God Shiina and the animation/art really does the manga justice in terms of battle direction. The seiyuu choices are on point as well. It's one of my favourite series but that's because I read the manga. Had I watched the anime alone, I'd fine the series to be great, but not fantastic compared to other anime. Episode 19 being the exception

To pick a similar example that I've actually liked, My Hero Academia's writing isn't truly original in any way, but it's a show with consistent themes, it has a clear sense of narrative momentum, and its characters are mostly likable. In contrast, I never got the impression Demon Slayer was consistently "about" anything, the arcs I saw never really built off each other, and I found most of its cast either bland or actively irritating, like the blond kid.

I'm mostly referring to the fact that most of the main demons we've seen have come from the downtrodden, lower rungs of society (thieves, prostitutes, the terminally sick) and the power they gain by becoming demons is analogous to the "flattening" effect that modernity and industrialization had on the traditional hierarchies of older days. In a superficial sense, it allowed for a more egalitarian world, but in a less readily apparent sense, it brought with it its own inequities, ones that were arguably just as bad if not worse than what came before.

That's villainous hypocrisy on his part, though. By all accounts, demons are a relatively new threat that's destabilizing society. Muzan says he hates change, but by turning humans into demons he himself is an agent of chaotic change in society. The demons don't read to me as "struggling to adapt to the new world" at all, they are products of that new world themselves, struggling for power in a society where the guardians of the old order (the demon slayers) want them destroyed.
