Of course, the problem is that Gon never even experimented with limitations yet he was capable of instantly doing it. Don't you see the asspull? Imagine Kurapika randomly discovering that he's a specialist during his fight with Uvo and creating that healing ability on the spot, that would've been a major asspull.
