That's not cheating that's just one of the many ways he was talented kek. Also he only needed to do that because of the nine tails seal if you notice once he removed the seal in the war he was able to do all his jutsu one handed without the need of a clone or chakra arms even sasuke commented on how insane his chakra control was.

Yeah I dunno what Jiraiya was doing, I think it was implied that Jiraiya was focusing on him mastering the nine tails but that failed and ended up just fucking him over since he loosened the seal so much.

Not that user, but I think the issue is less about whether or not Naruto "cheats", but rather about stuff like the whole "bloodline issue" with Neiji. Although we did indeed have a lot of foreshadowing that Naruto is more than he seems, it just felt so cheap how after making a huge speech of "overcoming destinity" or "defying fate" it turns out that Naruto is "the chosen one" and Neji ended up doing EXACTLY what his destiny entailed (sacrifice for main family) with the rather laughable excuse of "MUH did it by my own will tho!"

Yeah I can agree with this the entire last half of the war arc in general was fucking retarded and pretty bad. I just hate when people blatantly ignore that fact that Naruto was always jesus tier talented since chapter 1.
