I feel like Oku needed time to figure out how to have chiho fight when shes basically powerless besides >get bigger. Also, I think he couldn't figure out how to realistically up stakes from the bar he started with since the next step already would have been 'step on city size'.

Also, let's use this as a foundation page to see how Oku fucks up the size and proportions this time, since Chiho and the first destructor got WAY smaller as their fight went on.
