turning down madoka for sayaka was a dickmove

giving birth to Madoka's baby

Reminder that in the sequel, Madoka will agree Homura did nothing wrong.

Yes, that was agreed upon.

GMeguca x !Akemi ?
That's new!
Where is he?

>didn't even impregnate this goddess
Homura did nothing wr-

Good. Homura is Madoka's best friend and Madoka likes it better that way.

>We will never, ever see Madoka in this outfit in any official capacity beyond the concept movie
Why is the world so cruel?

Attached: 1548265523863.png (1280x720, 1.36M)

You can fuck your friends.

As i recall gmeguca was stalked into leaving by some faggot named lawnchair. The other one is permabanned.

They don't roll like that. They aren't whores.

The person you are replying to IS lawnchair. Don't talk to it.

Apple is dumb. Ignore the idiot.

Being intimate with your closest friend doesn't make you a whore.

Unfortunately for your argument, you have a worldview the characters do not share.

Attached: U Wot M8.png (578x650, 385K)

Reminder that Homura has never once expressed any romantic feelings about Madoka. She has never once even blushed at Madoka. Homura's feelings are canonically platonic.

Show me where Madoka said Homura would be a whore for making love with her

Madoka won't fuck Homura.

Nobody cares. Everyone would rather talk about Homura fucking Madoka. Fuck this fanbase.

It's been like 4 years since the concept movie, what is there left to discuss

Gacha

O-our hopes for the future, I guess...

Yeah, you're Gacha.

Random Apple!

My hope is that the gacha anime is, against all odds, amazing. Then maybe we can get the ball rolling for a tv show sequel to Madoka and Rebellion that is also somehow amazing and doesn't shit all over what made the original series good.
Not a very realistic dream but it's my greatest desire

I don't need this fact reminded myself, but it bears repeating, thanks user.

I hope the Magireco anime is amazing too, but Shaft would need to make huge changes to the story in order for that to happen. The Magireco is heavily flawed, and is pretty mediocre at best. I really weant to see the storyline Rebellion set up to be concluded, and I think Magireco's success might make that happen sooner rather than later.

I hope it fails kind of. I want them to show me the Madnarok already, and if magireco succeeds they'll make us wait forever.

I'm afraid that utter failure will destroy the series

If magireco fails it tells them that making sideshow series doesn't work for the brand and that, for anime at least, they need to move back to the main branch. The brand as a whole has made a shitload of money.

Homura did everything wrong

bullshit

Homu covered by a blanket is one of the best things to come out of this dried up franchise.

Hitomi/10 troll.

They are an inseparable couple, though. And they would be an inseparable couple even if they end up as "enemies." It's pretty much canon. The question is merely what kind of dynamics their relationship has. I am sure Homura would be fine with it not being sexual. But then Madoka, by sacrificing herself, was kind of forced into a "our relationship is entirely non-sexual" position. When Homura, while she could accept it, considered Madoka being forced into this choice as too cruel. As she obviously wants for Madoka to be able to choose /by herself/ whether she wants for her and Homura to have a sexual relationship or not. Personally I hope for Kyubey to turn into a non-gender binary adapter with two penises, and xer serving as medium letting their two respective universes connect sexually. In case Madoka so desires. In case Madoka (or anyone else for that matter) can even know >the one true desires< (at whatever point in time, or absence of time) inherent to her.

Platonically loving a (non-blood related) person so much that you want to make it feel intimately good in an asexual sense (even if sexual organs are involved) is literally the closest form of true love (platonic turned romantic) there is. Especially if your friend never has sex with anyone else. At which point sexuality isn't even seen as a necessity (she simply starts loving Madoka = it's not platonic, or romantic, but Madokanic). Anything else is shitty infatuation. Pure romance is the definition of something that is transient and will turn whoreish.

This is correct and I'm completely fine with it. No Homu.

You and I both know that you don't believe your own words.

I just want Madoka to hurt Homura's ass with her massive Japanese 4 incher

itterasshai

I've seen the series but not the movies. Have the recap movies added anything to the original story?

Just watch the series fancut, doesn't really add anything story-wise but the touch-ups from the movies are nice.

Small japanese man ran off.

Better animation and a new soundtrack. A lot of remade scenes. The first movie removes a few scenes and doesn't have any new scenes IIRC. The second movie has a few new scenes, and I can't think of a removed scene.

The second recap movie is definitely worth watching imo. The only thing you miss out on would be the EDs and OPs. They give a nice touch to the series. Wouldn't bother with the first.

Or you could just do like said and watch the fancutfags version.

When did this happen?

I appreciate your viewpoint mental gymnastics, but platonic love being non-sexual is part of its definition. If you want to fuck someone you love, that means your love is romantic love.

Madoka's feelings for Homura aren't sexual in the slightest; I think of it as thinking of her like a sister. Homura's feelings, however, are actually up for debate. I personally think her feelings for Madoka are romantic, at least at this point.

Did you watch Rebellion?

Gotta go fast. Madofast.

Nope. Was satisfied with the series, didn't feel like watching a bunch of recap movies before actual new content.

Rebellion isn't a recap movie. It's a sequel movie. Go watch it now.

Nigga
Rebellion is not a recap movie

You'll like it or you'll hate it. In either way, please realize the veracity of OP's words.

>Go watch it now.
don't do it user

Attached: rebellion before and after.jpg (600x600, 61K)

Rebellion is a sequel and it's really good. Just watch it.

I know, I know, Rebellion's new, but the two movies before it are recaps. I think. It's been awhile.
Does that matter? I assume Rebellion is TECHNICALLY a sequel too those recaps. Do they do anything different? Mess with any scenes or plot points?

Noted.

The recaps don't fucking matter. They're exactly the same with some scenes taken out and some added - the story isn't changed at all. Rebellion is a sequel to the story which both the anime and the recap movies both tell.

Just go watch Rebellion.

Recaps are irrelevant. Just drop a couple tabs and watch Rebellion

Magireco will be the Rebellion sequel

just completely disregard the recaps, it's a sequel to the tv anime. watch it

Which tabs?

lsd. I rewatched rebellion while peaking and it was an amazing experience

Never had the thing. It's on my bucket list, now I know what to watch as I do. Yea Forums helps me out yet again. Thank you!

Oh. Go figure.
Alright, Yea Forums. Just finished up all the non-0 Steins;Gate content and am cooling down with that, but I'll watch Rebellion once that's over with. Thanks, anons.

When the FUCK will they announce the new gatchashit anime?!

Attached: mQtFICB.jpg (1024x1500, 290K)

And remember, Homura did nothing wrong.

the prophets on /vg/ predict after chapter 10 drops on the 22nd or whatever day it drops

When will they fuck, Yea Forums?

Attached: 72942496_p0.jpg (1080x1600, 1.59M)

Homura already fucked her during one of her many loops

Never, Homura is loyal to me.

Why would Homura fuck you instead of her one true love who she sacrificed her soul for?

Those fags better be right.
Not only Madoka fans have to stomach a gatcha anime adaptation: more than six months have passed since the announcement and not a damn word was heard from Shaft and whoever the fuck is supposed to be working on this new animation project

Never ever.

Never understood how a series could be hated entirely from it's fanbase until I started going into PMMM threads.

Rebellion was pointless and ended terribly, while managing to retroactively destroy all meaning derived from the original anime.

Series is being zombified in gacha garbage and the fanbase is more than thrilled about it. The anime will suck. Homura is retarded, she ruined the only good thing that ever happened to Madoka who was never more than a friend to her.

You

talk

very

strangely.

Hating something because of its followers is irrational, but I can understand why people think that way. That said...
>Rebellion was pointless and ended terribly, while managing to retroactively destroy all meaning derived from the original anime.
>[Homura] ruined the only good thing that ever happened to Madoka
I really hate to pull this card, but you didn't understand Rebellion or what Madoka's sacrifice actually meant if you think this.

Very cute picture, though.

(2/2)
The misunderstanding with Rebellion and Madoka's sacrifice comes from the fact that they didn't understand Madoka's character or what Madoka's sacrifice even meant. People think Madoka is like a saint whose happiness comes purely from the selfless charity for others, and they think her sacrifice meant that she was happy about her sacrifice. This isn't true. Madoka indeed derives happiness from helping others, but there's more to it. Her sacrifices are made out of feelings of obligation and necessity, not happiness. She will not sacrifice herself if she does not feel it is necessary, or if she thinks the cost of her sacrifice (her life or her happiness) outweighs the benefits. For an example of this, you can look no further than Mami's death. Madoka, who wanted to become a magical girl to be useful, and now horrified at this new truth of being a magical girl, no longer wants to be one. She only ever tries to contract again when she thinks she has no other choice - twice to save Sayaka, and a last time to save everybody. Had she found another option where she didn't need to give up her life and happiness, she would've taken it.

Madoka's sacrifice meant giving up yourself and your happiness for what you believe in - that is the beauty of it. Madoka's sacrifice wasn't ruined by Homura because Madoka's sacrifice was still necessary when she made it. Though it wasn't perfect, which Rebellion hammers home, the central message still stays.

Madoka's sacrifice in episode 12 didn't make her happy or fulfill her - she gave up literally everything, after all. Sure, she thought she did the right thing and was happy that she helped others out, which is why she didn't regret it, but that did not change the fact that she lost what truly made her happy: being with the people she loved. In the flower scene in Rebellion, Homura realized this fact, and that is why Homura split Madoka from the Law of Cycles. It's the best of both worlds.

Homura is perfect and incapable of doing anything wrong. Rebellion literally just made everything better.

Hopefully soon

>brainwashed fangirls
Homura is trash and ruins everything.

Prove it then, what's your argument?

he doesn't have one because it already got fucked by a previous post.

It's pointless to argue at this point. I've tried before and it doesn't work. In the end they just post delusional essays about how she dindu nuffin and how Madoka's wish was pointless. Enjoy your Homura cult thread.
