Yeah, it actually makes sense for Oboro to put this idea out, though she probably is the only one willing to share.
With this route closed, having Karura, Oboro, Hibari rejected, Sagiri having her arranged marriage arc, Chisaki having her worse fate then rejection arc, it only leaves the tittle character that wasn't rejected in one way or another. Now all we need is a Yuna arc that will lead to the reveal that She doesn't remember her regret because she doesn't have one, since she's not technically dead, but she was forced out of her body to wrap it all up.

That's not only a shity twist but a shitty retcon as well.

Don't feel like "Yuusaki" is much better
and the route with Chisaki winning after Yuuna's passing was done already so it probably won't be done again.

Nah, the vision of the future showed that Yuuna did pass on, so she's definitely dead. Which makes sense seeing as she's the clone of a girl who was dying in her teens. The big catch that was revealed is that it seems Yuuna's regret is already fulfilled, and the only reason she hasn't passed on is that she doesn't know what that regret was. Plus we still don't know why she's haunting that specific room at the inn.

People haven't been publicly ripping the colored volumes of Yuragi since 7, and even private rips of the fanservice parts stop at volume ten. So yeah, they aren't getting new material at the moment

Probably longer than you think. It's basically WSJ's first successful ecchi series since perhaps as far back as TLR. As long as it's doing better than newer stuff, or doesn't have a successful successor running, they'll be inclined to keep it around. At this point, it'll likely be longer than TLR, and might be as long as Nisekoi.

They need a succesor first, and every possible candidate have been axed so far.

It’s doubtful an artificial body could have kids. For that matter Oboro seems to have forgotten Kogarashi is a human and can’t knock up Yuuna as she is.

Next chapter sounds Kogarashi focused.

Probably not until they’re ready to end the manga. Otherwise they could ask her to give some warning about what the stuff she sends back does, and avoid the problems they create, or ask her if there’s anything in the storage shed they should specifically avoid, and so on.
