Psichologically speaking, I think Neia is an interesting case as for the circumstances that lead her to accept out Lord and Savior Mr. Skeletal.
Starting with her family situation, she admired her mother and liked the flashy skills paladins used, despite having no talent and perhaps penalties in them. While there was love, she never really saw eye to eye with her father who was a ranger and from whom she inherited a great ammount of talent. She was a semi-regular teenager that resented not being cool. That, combined with getting her father's eyes which make her intmidating, fucked over her social graces, while smart an good at heart, she is socially awkward. She has some resentment on her father for this.
But during the travel to the Sorcerous Kingdom she started reconciling her father's way of seeing the world and the usefulness of her talent.
Now, Remedios is a goodperson, but is childish as FUCK and only good as a beatstick who only got her position because STRONK, the situation inthe kingdom is not helping at all making her bearable.
During the trip, Neia has to endure a trip with a moronic, agressive, stressed out paladin that made INT and CHARher dump stats.
Pre-Ainz Neia is a stressed, freshly grieven, demeaned, lonely cinamon roll that had to put up with way too much shit.
Is it a wonder she latched onto the first fatherly figure she could?

Now Neia is appointed as his squire/servant/wiretap and gets to travel with him of this stupidly luxurious carriage. Granted, she is seeing Ainz with -Sama-tinted glasses but as a king, he is phenomenally humble and understading, and an undead at that! How fucked up an undead with power and status so hillariously above you is better person than a goddamn paladin? the undead bias hadn't really set on Neia yet, so since she didnt inherenlty mistrusted Ainz she realized it was not as if she was talking to an undead. (naturally, she chalked it to Ainz being totally wise and Subarshi).
Neia, now having a contrast in Ainz realizes how shitty and dismisive her people can be while Ainz continues to be a decent human being, (that is also rather smart).
Neia gets exposed to his motto of "the strong do what they want and the weak suffer what they must, this applies even to me" and contrast them to the ideals of her order. Ainz is not only logical, practical and aplicable to the world around her but makes Ainz look better because he /chooses/ to be a good ruler, meanwhile the paladin ideals are exposed by Remedios and, her abysmal people skills aside, they fall flat on the current gimdark scenario
Neia not only sees Ainz as an ideal ruler but also as a paternal figure on some level, and an ideal to strive for. She doesnt hate the queen she hears is kind, but recognizes kindness isnt helping.

After arriving to the capital, she had made her mind of Ainz bring actually supreme. By asosciation, Neia becomes respected by everyone who wold normally be scared off by her eyes, she gets some actual respect from the people they helped and sees she is currently /making a difference/.
By coincidence, Ainz gives her a circlet that blocks off emotional magics, as to prevent fear debuffs from affecting her, of course, beastment dont use fear debuffs /and/ paladin courage buffs do shit now.
She goes through a life or death skrimish, dies, and gets resurrected by Ainz.
Neia raked up an enormous ammount of stress in that fight which culminated in being actually brought back to life by Ainz.
She has adopted what she thinks is his ideology, has been asociated to the Sorcerer King by the refugees, and was brought back to life by a lord of death who she considers a /Supreme Being/.
All that buildup paid off making her go FULL SASUGA, even to acepting her father's death and declining an offerto revive him.
She was ready to straight up leave the Roble and join the SK if Ainz so much as sugested it. But since she remained, she is now starting an actual cult that has Demirge on full sasugasm mode.
