It's not even just that one guy either, a bunch of anons are too retarded to accept that there are legitimate problems with the series now, such as how generic it's gotten. There's no antagonist to speak of anymore either. The previous one was Tomoko's psyche and her inability to just act normal and be social. Now she has the friends she's been craving for, so what's the goal now? There really isn't any.
She suffered, a lot but that isn't the same as earning friends. She basically just had ten or so classmates handed over to her on a silver platter that just like her for no reason. She's not charming, socially adept, or really interesting at all, but they all just swarm to her anyway.
The only legitimate problem right now is Asuka. She's a bland and uninteresting perfect girl, adds nothing to the story and just act as yuribait which has caused /u/ to become more active in their nonsense. Whether Yuri and Nemo have both been great additions to the main cast, particularly Nemo since she's been a really great foil to Tomoko in recent chapters. Hell as this chapter showed even a character that didn't have any focus like Itou can become the subject of a good chapter.
Yuri sees a like mind, Yoshida sees someone to protect, Nemo remembers the fistbump and has been friendly since the start of second year, Asuka was impressed by her ability to stop Nemo and Akane's feud, Ucchi liked the attention. They all have their reasons.

If you manage to find happiness after years of struggling, you'll eventually realize how terryfying it would be to lose it all and be left with nothing. The series has already touched the subject with the university visit chapters, but graduation will be a major point in the series whether it turns out to be the ending (very likely IMO) or not.
There are series like K-On! where everyone magically stays together and cries over nothing, but there are also series like Hidamari where different characters have different goals in life and everyone has to make their choice. I have no doubt Watamote will be more similar to the latter since the characters have so much depth to them, so I'm really looking forward to how it turns out.
