You know, I just remembered that sometimes studios change entire scenes with new animation in either the DVD release or the animation released for western broadcasts.
That's why you encounter several versions of differently animated scenes in episodes in many different animes. I'd be very happy if they followed the same habit with OPM season 2.

Promised Neverland isn't exactly a series that needs super sakuga tier animation. They are handling it just fine because it's easier with the premise it has.
There are multiple studios other than Bones that could have taken on OPM, even David Productions who are known for JoJo are stepping things up, their Fire Force trailer straight up looks like as if Bones made it. But the fact of the matter is that every studio is booked and don't say yes to every offer like J.C. does.

I'm pretty content with MP100's current level of popularity. It's never going to break into the normalfag mainstream, but it's highly regarded and well known among regular anime fans. The issue with this Genos is that he looks like a guy in a body suit with metal parts attached. Compared to scenes from Madhouse where they had the whole Genos Vs whoever where he looks like a robotman, it looks sloppy and lazy.

It's why I'd rather see BONES do it or actually give Madhouse the budget they need.

Seeing that like dislike ratio in the OPM vid from Bandai yt account, would be funny if it turns out like Captain Marvel(disliked in the beginning but pleased at the end due to the movie ending up better than expected)

The camera angles in the scenes are different you dunce. Of course his chin and jaw would appear bigger when looking up at his face. The faces are obviously stylized but there's nothing wrong with Garou's chin at all.
