From this PV, it seems it'll be a low budget adaptation. Since the manga is basically comedy and ecchi, half of the show will be lost if they can't properly animate the lewd scenes. There's a long history of good ecchi manga adaptations that were ruined by poor animation and studios that can't draw panties.
