These guys make you legit wish for gymbros in your own life. Too bad so many people who got to the gym are just terrible people in general.

My advice it to start small , but make it a habit -
Do some nice bodyweight excercises. Get to 20 push ups. Then get a bar and do some pull ups / chin ups.
