Misaki has valid reasons to hate Misaka?
Misaka does nothing to Misaki.
Hell the first time Misaki ever showed up it was to remind Misaka to stay in her place and not try to make a clique right before she Mind controlled the library as a threat to remind Misaka who would be hurt if they fought.
