I don't think philosophy will help with that. The obvious ways to avoid wage slavery are:
1. Saving money
2. Learning to invest money
3. Finding sources of passive income
4. Developing skills that save money or allow for opportunistic income
5. Reducing your dependence on income/material goods
These things can be pretty fun once you get into it.

It's called not being an entitled bitch. Turns out: if you want to get ahead in life, you don't start there. You have to slowly make it to the top. Everything starts out as "wage slavery." If you want to start a business/do a passion project, you have to work to save up money to do so. The other option is to take an over-ambitious loan and then get stuck working in actual borderline-slavery for the rest of your life.
