I want to write a pulp novel involving the most over the top characters I can think of, namely a shemale secret agent protagonist, a quadruple amputee hacker, an evil housewife, a schizophrenic zoo warden/eco-terrorist... you name it.
I also want to keep this grounded in reality: no magic, no mutants, no aliens, just plausible real life weirdness.
So right now (for research purpose of course) I'm in dire need of anything involving a shemale protagonist.
Does anything like this exist?
Any recommendation?
