5 but on a couch preferably

11 for philosophy
6 for poetry
1/12 for any biographical works
7 for novels

None of the above. I own a bookstand.

>not owning a bookwheel

I lie down in order to maximise blood flow to the brain.

usually lie on my bed but I think it's not the best idea because my neck is also pushed up while my body is flat

>he doesn’t hang by his legs from trees to read

Get a book stand and you can read laying completely down.

I'd fall asleep so quickly.

in the missionary position for the sole purpose of literary education

all of them, in cycles of about half an hour

I read in the only patrician position: standing up. If the book is great I can read standing up for two hours without even realizing.

I won't refute it, but I'll do you one better:
peripatetic

you need to spend some focus walking though, can't do both at once

>he reads physical book
pleb alert! reading pirated .epubs on your cell phone is the way of the Future™

>he doesn't remove units of blood for autotransfusion purposes weeks before sitting down with an intellectually challenging text
Not gonna make it family

I sit sideways on a staircase. Occasionally I'll pace up and down them.

Do you not take notes or do you have a high table?

I read while sitting at a table. The only way I can read my 3lbs heavy books.

First I invite my significant other to shower off, thoroughly washing her private areas.
After this, I lay her on the bed face-down and part her ass cheeks. The spine of my current book is then placed snugly in the crevasse, and the pages may then flop over onto each cheek. I take up position behind, and read hands-free; a nice little trick is to pinch her thigh, causing her cheeks to wiggle and the page to turn.

>And I will call my new invention the 'Christopher Reads'!

Delightful if true

Imagine just standing in the middle of a library reading a book for hours at a time. People will probably just think it's an art installation or something desu

1,2 but usually 5.

9, but instead of a chair, it's my bf.

1, 2 and 3, alternating between them as I read.

i don’t know but i’ve had chronic neck pain for a year and a half, and the only position in which i feel comfortable is lying down with a pillow under my head.

I read standing at the library
