I need stress management books, I live a sedentary lifestyle and don't even know where to start.

I wish I could hold you and let you know how much you are loved
Uhh
Bump
Gey
Go to the gym faglord
start with a therapist
imagine the IQ required for that to solve somebody's problems lol
Imagine being too stupid to exercise regularly. It's basic fucking hygiene like brushing your teeth and bathing.
You could do cardio, which is all you need, and for that a gym is retarded.
Anyway, if somebody says they have problems, which being sedentary is, you just say "stop being sedentary lol", then you are an imbecile. So, perhaps a gym is perfect for you, but I assume you are an immigrant from some low IQ board like /pol/ or Yea Forums.
You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Resistance training is just as important as cardio and gyms offer a full variety of equiptment from compount resistance to cardio to sauna, to lap pool, to basketball court. Not only that, bit like a library it is an environment with a shared common goal and communal rules that are beneficial to maintaining the motivation to continue. Gyms also offer classes for the feeble willed to exercise in a group setting so that quitting would feel embarassing and people actually continue. Mobility training is also important and most gyms now offer yoga with the same feeling of communal embarrassment if you give up in the middle. You're a fucking weakling if you think the answer to stagnation isn't simply movement.
it's time to stop
It's time to start maintaining your body like a functional adult, zoomer
your point about the value of gyms is well taken but you can work out alone just fine too. anyone who does proper calisthenics and hill sprints or whatever is going to develop a lot of muscle. I personally dont like gyms and gym culture and like working out alone, so that's what i do. I miss deadlifting and stuff but it's whatever.
It's a dollar a day or less with full access to everything. The sauna alone is worth that. Pluse yoga with your gf a few days a week. Swimming laps is amazing, plus there's the hot tub too gor the winters. Running is way better outside but I'd never trade weights for calisthenics.
>he literally lives at the gym
Although exercising is beneficial to mental health, it's not a complete solution.
It is. Athletes never get depressed. All you need to achieve happiness is in the gym. I swear it's not running away from your problems and masturbation.
>athletes never get depressed
How do you manage calorie intake when exercising?
>therapist
imagine the IQ required for that to solve your problems
>cardio, which is all you need,
I disagree.
What would you reccomend?
Based an ironpilled.
He is right OP. If you want to get better at resisting stress, you need to expose yourself to it. Go lift heavy things or run for a bit longer than you feel comfortable. End your shower with a bit of cold water. Sit in silence and focus on your breath. Im a pretty neurotic person and this stuff helps me a LOT.
Go outside in nature for a walk or run and start picking up and putting down again heavy weights
Not one person has recommended a book.
Beatrix Potter, Molly Brett, Inga Moore, Caldecott-Award winning picture books like Wolf in the Snow and Beekle, and much more. Please help the picture book industry by buying more, thanks.
try this lol
I wish you could hold me (hopefully) /homofash/ user ;_;
>Athletes never get depressed
>googles "athletes suicide and depression"
You're right. An athlete has never committed suicide or even been diagnosed with depression.
I'm hitting the gym tonight, fellas.
There are several reports of athletes an heroing.
Complete bullshit
Nah man, those reports are fabricated by the jewish media to subvert your efforts to get your life together.
Learn CBT or Stoicism or any sort of mood therapy to be more resilient and cut out bad demotivating talk to get you started
