Very nice user :). I'm hoping to make some progress on Straight Outta Tombstone and Against Nature today.

I finished Heart of Darkness yesterday, started The King in Yellow and I'm already 2/5 in. I think I'm going to start a "pages general" to motivate anons to start reading a little at a time

>The King in Yellow

Only the first 3 stories are worth reading. Everything else is boring. You're better off just reading a short story collection of Carcosa mythos.

I was angry with my brother today. I tried to find comfort in Scripture but I don't think I can unless I reconcile with him. I just wish we could be normal.

I have read Hunchback of Notre Dame (abridged), Stoner and David Copperfield these past hree days, all around 260 pages long each. Am I a good boy?

How long does this take you each day? What translation?

Also, try reading some the wisdom literature. It'll help you make sense of some of the NT better.

>Against Nature

One of the greatest books ever, enjoy user

Reconcile.

Is it actually worth reading?

Thank you! I started the intro a few days ago and that got me kind of down a rabbit hole into the Decadent movement, so I'm excited to get into it and explore it. If you've got any recommendations I'd love to hear them. I've got The Picture of Dorian Gray and something I can't remember the title of by Gustave Flaubert already, but don't know much else.

fought my atheist brother today, shook hands and had a couple drinks, it's all cool between us now
