Has anyone read his 2,000 page suicide note?

thanks, never heard of him
not going to read it
like Leopold and Loeb, no?
L + L had a great movie and were a cataclysmic historical event

Suicide notes should be kept to 2000 words or less. If you cannot keep your suicide note to the word limit I will not read it and you will not be eligible for credit in this unit

if you're curious about the 'and' weight im sure it was pretty heavy

what does it say

Basically everything. It's a 2000 page essay about god, nihilism, race, hitler, liberal democracy, Ethnocentrism, genetic suicide and so much more

sounds gay

Your gay

no you are gay

>write 2000 page suicide note then shoots himself
lol dis nigga think he in a nihilistic camus book or some shit, i ain't got time to read that shit

He's modern day Camus

Nuh uh, you got the gay

Sad that no one will read it because no one knows who the fuck he is. And he really shoudve split the whole thing into parts

bump

rather read ligotti's book.

So read it then

logo tweeted about it so you know:
a. he didn't actually read it
b. it's cringe

I skimmed it a long time ago. It was a piece of shit. He was obviously borderline. Don't read the scribblings of the mentally ill, it's stupidity of a higher order that can be corrosive just to mentally process.

>tripfag
Opinion disregarded

>He was obviously borderline
No shit. Who writes a fucking 2,000 page suicide note if they weren't fucking insane

Jesus, I went through a bit of it and now my face is hurting from all the cringing.

Cringing from what?

from what I currently surmise given my limited knowledge of the situation, he wanted to solve for "x", "x" being to commit suicide - the rest of the equation he had to figure out was the justification. "x" came first, and because he was in possession of decent enough rational faculties, the justifications had to be somewhat unique, drawn out, and well explained. he probably thought leaving behind this memoir not only absolved him of any possible guilt for killing himself, but maybe even was to become his major life accomplishment - but only through death. so he was killing multiple birds with one stone, so to speak.

our reality can be difficult to live in, surely, and at times the voice of pessimism can ring very loud in your ears telling you everything is pointless. but if your solve for "x" is instead how to save yourself and hopefully as much of the world as you can in the process, instead of "x" being to kill yourself, you might come up with Quite a different string of logic

My what?

>Don't read the scribblings of the mentally ill, it's stupidity of a higher order that can be corrosive just to mentally process

t. never read Foucault

>and soak up the residue self loathing and embed it deep in my psyche to fester and resurface years later to wreak havoc on my life?
no tnx

The story goes like this: in 1066 the Normans invaded Britain, subjugated the Anglo-Saxons and catalyzed, with the help of Christianity, their transformation into a slave race. The Anglo-Saxons, however, were Germanics at heart and so wouldn't let their ethnocentrism go easily. The 1000 year struggle between the Anglo-Saxon lower class (caste) and the Norman upper class (caste) would produce such innovations as rights, liberal democracy, and individualism, and would eventually give rise to America, which represents the ultimate Anglo-Jewish convergence. There is something ominous, however, pregnant within liberal individualism. Something which goes all the way back to the Jewish captivity in Egypt. It's the transition from biology to technology. The laws of Moses are the first civilizational technology which transfers power from genes to memes. Evolving into Christianity, and then to liberal democracy, this foreordination continues down the path that inevitably terminates in the technological creation of God, or Singularity.

The interesting thing is how the concepts are superposed in the game that he himself created. And he had the balls to carry the consequences of thoughts to the end, as Wittgenstein in the trenches during the First World War. I respect the man and I think I'll read the document calmly.
