For me it was 28 pages from one book, but it was a decent amount of work. If I read anything else it would be a 17 page chapter from the next book and that would take just as long as the other chapter did.
Same for few weeks. I'm depressed and my head and eyes are hurting af. I miss reading

I read “The Garden Of Forking Paths” by Jorge Luis Borges and “The Depressed Person” by David Foster Wallace.
I keep track of all the stories I read. I have dreams of writing great literature someday, but it’s almost too much for me to imagine sustaining an entire novel of good writing, but I could see myself writing some good short stories maybe, so I set myself a goal to read at least 1000 great short stories, as a kind of education for myself. I’m almost to 300 now.

Only like 6 or so. I'm good with that. My friends wanted to play vidya with me so that took up most of today.

How? I can think of maybe 3 visual novels that are legitimately good.

I only just woke up but yesterday I read a 68 page novella (Daisy Miller), 20 pages of one book I'm reading and 4 pages of another I'm reading but that book has tiny text, pic related.
I'm reading and processing it without understanding a thing, except sometimes. But it's still the first book to hold my attention in months so I'll keep reading it

I read like 12 posts on Yea Forums today. That one about how modern anime is garbage was my favorite.
About 130 yesterday. visual "novels" are a read-and-click rpg. as opposed to a "light novel" which is japanese YA and may have a handful of illustration pages as additional content.
