I came here from /fit/ after the board merge ended. I came to /fit/ from /pol/, but my /pol/ phase has ended a few years ago.
I still go there occasionally for news about happenings like the terrorist attack yesterday. They tend to gather information faster than the media.

Started on Yea Forums way back when, migrated to /fa/, then to /fit/, and then just started posting on Yea Forums about 2 years ago. Have never browsed /pol/, I can imagine if you looked at the average intelligence of each board, it would be right at the bottom.

I found /pol/ during the election, but left once the hype died down and the general retardation set in. Prefer /his/, Yea Forums, /sci/, and sometimes Yea Forums and Yea Forums. The only time I reveal my power level is in race realism threads and whenever some random JQ question veers over to the side of "Jews don't control anything" (obviously blaming Jews for everything is stupid but it is interesting that they are over represented in positions of power even when factoring in merit). Otherwise I keep my autism to myself and just talk about literature and maybe philosophy.

I like Yea Forums more than other forums for the diversity of opinions. It keeps my mind sharp and my horizons broad. Plus there's funny shitposting happening almost every day. This place has encouraged me to read so much it's not even funny. Eventually I'll have to leave though, I feel like I've exhausted everything novel that this website has to offer.

I was a regular /pol/ poster in 2013, when I was senior in high school and the friends I had were too. /pol/ related topics at the time became part of our conversations. It was around 2015 the board and this site in general started to die. It was always deteriorating but it started reaching its critical state at the time. Look at Yea Forums for instance, it's just another porn board. I first became aware of how shit it was becoming the moment a thread popped up asking what nonwhites were doing there, declaring the board to be white nationalist. As a nonwhite myself it became apparent /pol/ just became the home for stormfaggots and conspiracy nuts. Nobody there can see how delusional they are. Moderates had no place and were called cucks.
