I work for a university and my wife teaches high school. We've both seen it and we've both felt it. I personally encounter anti-white rhetoric on a daily basis, and not the any ambiguous kind of way. I work with people who openly believe that the world would be a better place if white people were to lose all influence or even cease to exist. They are transparently harsh on white students, antagonistic with white coworkers, and frequently pass unworthy minority students out of some deluded sense of solidarity against the system. I have more stories than you have time for. My wife, meanwhile, has students that will literally refuse to do assignments they find to be offensive and the administration is afraid to crack down on them. She had a band of hispanic girls tell her they didn't feel like she (as a white woman) had any right to teach The House on Mango Street, and it snowballed into a semester-derailing ordeal. That's just one.
