Well, Yea Forums is an enormous, extremely popular website that doubles as a hive of degeneracy and mental illness. Most of them probably find out about Land through Yea Forums, and since they live their lives through the internet they feel the need to respond to him, despite it being obvious he couldn't care less about some trannyfreak taking issue with his identity politics take-downs.
