More importantly, how does it compare to a summer's day?
Yes
Rate my top 5 (in no particular order):
The Tempest
Twelfth Night
King Lear
Titus Andronicus
Cymbeline
Honorable mention goes to Henry V. Don't bully.
How are the Oxford World's Classics editions of Shakespeare? Thinking about grabbing a few, like Richard III, Hamlet, and Macbeth.
agree on your underrated list. It helps that im a romaboo though
King Lear and Hamlet are tied for my favorite.
You could always try a filmed play or movie adaptation of a play that interests you. I recommend to watch with subtitles. Ian McKellen has a great filmed Lear, Kevin Branaugh's or Mel Gibson's Hamlet were both enjoyable, recently they made a Macbeth movie with Michael Fassbender, that is a good place to start if you're interested in his tragedies.
