Deep ecology
Can Life Prevail?
>drawing ethical norms from observations of nature
Donald Worster has a very excellent book on the history of ecology called "Nature's Economy."
William Cronon has written extensively on environmental history as well as the history of environmentalism.
You should have a sense of how ecology developed and what its limitations are as a science before listening to this new age bullshit.
Many of its models and ideas are garbled attempts to discover systematic behavior in scenarios of mind-boggling complexity. It is often left unargued why observations regarding species interaction or predator modeling has any relevance at all to human decisions.
Impeachment of man.
I've never read it, but I think it's what you're looking for.

You've clearly never read him you stupid faggot.
I also suggest googling some basic concepts that hint at our impending doom because I'm a pseud:
- Jevons' paradox
- behavioral sink
- the Holocene extinction
- cascading failure
- windows of opportunity
- the great filter, in relation to self extinction as an answer for the Fermi paradox
- optimism bias and depressive realism
- red Queen's race
- the distinction between local, majoritarian and universal consensus in decision making
- human population planning
Also, Endgame by Derrick Jensen for a book rec. If you want online meme reading, try the ANUS archives and the VHEMT catalog. The former is neckbeard and the latter is a bit hippie, but they make good points here and there. Don't bother with Varg.
has anyone read anything about ZAD (zone a défendre??
"New age bullshit" is in reference to deep ecology (especially the Gaia hypothesis) not the OPs pic, whom I know nothing of.
