Menandro's Dyskolos.
Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew.
Molière full theater.

Seinfeld is indeed a fuckin' classic. It re-discovered the cruel approach to human soul. It made us laugh with the ugliest parts of human soul, not with the, not bad but not bright, happy ending "comedy".

>jery get ipad

Maybe kerouac

Yea was just about to say this. On the road was a book about nothing

The importance of being Ernest.

Catcher in the Rye, in the sense that it's been copied to the point where a newcomer can see it as trite and unoriginal.

The Book of Job

No one whose seen Seinfeld actually thinks this.

Yes, I’m aware of the Seinfeld is Unfunny reddit thing. But no one whose watched Seinfeld actually thinks that. You’d have to be partially braindead to think some 2 season show on TBS is the equivalent to Seinfeld cause it has a laugh track and a group of friends. It’s Always Sunny is the closest equivalent, and it’s still not very alike.
Also, I’m not the guy responding to the TV tropes thing.

The Talmud, but as a comedy.

>But no one whose watched Seinfeld actually thinks that
I think that
>It’s Always Sunny is the closest equivalent, and it’s still not very alike
Sunny is significantly better and they literally recreated a scene from seinfeld in a recent season

I’m sorry for you. It must be difficult living with your condition. Enjoy Zoomer Seinfeld Lite.

>seinfeld and sunny are aimed at 20-somethings
>the former came out in the early 90s
>the latter the mid 2000s
>millenials have actually ceased to exist in your mind because of a monster viral ad campaign
Okay
>Seinfeld lite
Yeah I really wish sunny replaced all of the crack smoking and run ins with criminals and degenerates of all colors with more bitching about dogs, children and parking spaces

Yeah! Crack smoking is hella epic bro! Fuck well written comedy, I prefer shock.
Btw Gravity’s Rainbow >>> Ulysses

>well written comedy

I get it, you’re low IQ. Please stop, it’s getting embarassing.

Certified low IQ post

Infinite Jest

It isn’t about anything

Frens, relax
Seinfeld and Sunny are great shows.
Let's confort in our hatred towards other things, as we always do.
Let's hate on Friends and How I Met Your Mother.
