lmao

cringepilled

I hope you're just fucking with me.

If you're going to take this book seriously you're going to have to be familiar with spengler and the decline of the west.

what do you expect to find in this book? why did you buy it?
I don't have anything against traditionalism but buying pop-reactionary literature is pretty cringepilled. At least familiarize yourself with Evola and Guenon before jumping into it.

You should've just downloaded one of the many pdfs off the internet before spending $20 on literature you mightn't enjoy or even find intelligible.

also libraries. either way there's plenty of free alternatives to buying books op. what are you gonna do? put it up on your mantle like a trophy?

Basic bitch right wing ideology except with Buddhism. Don’t expect much desu.

I bought it, because on the cover it reads something like "Evola on the spiritual decline of the modern world" and that sounded really interesting, because I kinda agree that there is a spiritual decline.
I'm not that interested in magic or buddhism though.

Dissapointment. It is a meme

Don't listen to them op, they are weak.

HAHAHAHAH
HE BOUGHT IT, HE ACTUALLY BOUGHT THE BOOK
fucking got one lads.

I haven't read that one, but his other stuff is pretty good imo.
all the people on here trying to dissuade you from reading this just don't want you to learn different points of view, so buy and read it just to piss them off if for no other reason.

whoever is publishing these evola books must have been making pretty good bank over the last few years from all the deformed fashwave pissbabies buying them

I never buy books, I only buy if it was good and the author deserves it or if I have no choice. I just download pdfs, mainly because I find myself dropping a lot of books because most of them are shit desu senpai.

>who is Ehud Sperling?

*I* know who he is, you mong, how long have you been here?

I just think its a cute video, fren. wanted to share

Introduction to Magic is a superior introduction to Evola and the traditionalist milieu, yup you got memed, you're gonna read 10 pages, put it down, and come on here and bitch about how Evola's claims aren't empirically testable or whatever mongoloid reddit turing flunkie pissbaby thought you're gonna shit out

ok. thanks for sharing I guess.

This is what I always tell people, but I always get "nahh bro u gotta start with mystery of the grail n shieet". Bunch of retards.

>tfw the "traditionalist" school of reactionary thought is a bunch of New Age woo-woo posturing bullshit, a monstrosity ironically only made possible by the modern era.
don't get memed into reading this

(1) It is quite dense. Don't expect Kant but also dont expect King or YA.
(2) Evola is a very bad writer. He uses unnecessary verbose prose and he follows no clear red thread. You will most likely be bored
(3) If you have read other comparative religion books you will find most of the 3/4th of the book familiar. He essentially copies a lot of Guénons work (whom I much more recommend reading)

probably the same troglodytes who devolve every fucking trad thread into a clash between guenon/evola/schuon/coomaraswamy or yet another debate on race, honestly fucking sick of it and Yea Forums should implement some kind of pseud captcha to nip these faggots in the bud

Ye it's good but it's difficult so you'll most likely not understand it.

lol spotted the pseud, evola's prose is tight and controlled, learn to fucking read god I hate you fucking nigger brainlet retards

Don't listen to the posters above.

The book is great. It was the first Traditionalist book I read, and I did not like it at first. I thought it was insane. And there are parts in the book that are difficult to understand, but just keep reading through them and finish it, it will all make sense later on.

The book is beautiful. It's one of my favorites. I've moved through Evola's other books and gotten into Guenon after reading it. It actually made me take Christianity far more seriously, even though Evola isn't that big of a fan of Christianity.

READ IT MY Yea Forums BROTHER

Then don't bother, idiot.

>frog poster

None of the people here telling you it's "lmao pop reactionary dude" have read it.

Read it and find out.

>lol I just bought this book that is LITERALLY SPAMMED 24/7 NONSTOP
>what am I gonna find

Neo-reactionary pagan bullshit
