Ad Astra is Space KINO

The plot is a tiny bit like Apocaylpse Now but set against space and a brave new World-like society. Film looks great. Them feels when Tommy Lee Jones is a scared and sad old man I don't understand why Brad Pitt wasn't arrested for sneaking onto the ship and killing those people though. Maybe the people in power wanted to paint a nice narrative like they did with his dad? Thoughts?

Worth watching in cinema? trailer seemed decent but these types of movies are usually utter garbage.

Yeah, I watched it in the Cinema. It's worth the money

How would you rate it out of 10

I only finished watching it about an hour ago so it's hard to tell but I would say a 9

Do you think they hacked Gray's original cut for mass appeal (again)?

Seeing it friday. Then I have to take my mom to the downton abby movie.

Not him but Gray said in an interview that ending was reshot but he was fine with it since the rest of his vision was intact.

Ok good, I'll go watch it then

Ace.
I'm watching it with husband tonight.
Please tell me there isn't much romantic sub-plot shizzle.
