Not memeing here but I literally have the worst posture imaginable and it's gotten to the point where lifting just plain hurts me now. Not only do I have anterior pelvic tilt but my entire pelvis is also rotated more to the right. If I look at a picture of myself my torso is bending sideways, one of my shoulders is far more forward than the other which makes my chest uneven and slanted, and the right part of my upper back is more forward than the other side as well. I don't even know where to begin when it comes to getting my body right. Is it still safe to lift while I'm like this while also doing mobility work? How long will it take to fix everything?
Go to an orthopedist you moron
look up stretches for apt and rounded shoulders, you might have scoliosis setting one of your shoulders lower than the other in which case you're just out of luck
no reason not to lift as long as you're not compromising your form, maybe drop the weight and either film yourself and post on fit or ask a pt for advice - postural issues take a long time and a lot of attention to dig yourself out of since you'll slip back into the 'natural' slouch all the time. sitting and walking straight with your shoulders back WILL make you feel like a robot.
I used to have pretty bad nerd neck and shoulders but facepulls unironically helped straighten me up, dunno if they strengthened my upper back or I just started paying more attention

He gives some advice on replacement exercises. The most important part is to use dumbbels so you can shift the weight from just in front of your body to move with your shoulder joint. Otherwise you're gonna erode your tendons.
