>My favorite character is a Jewish rock monster
So a golem? How can you reduce your favorite character to a meme description and still not get the irony behind your words?
Is any form of LGBT representation in children's cartoons a bad thing?
It feels great that I know that media has no effects on anything or anyone and no matter how hard something is shilled or often it'll never actually convince anyone to become a said thing. Like
Violent video games and movies
Every artist who tried to stop the Vietnam war
convincing Japanese people to start families
and many others
Underrated post.

Yeah, I dont want to normalize faggots.
So what, they're human like the rest of us. That more of a danger then by letting a bunch more selfish, greedy, prideful, jealous degenerates have a say in society.
Imagine a bunch of men and women trying to get together, then the alphabet soup shows up. Some fag, or worse a tranny, cock blocks you, well let's be civil, keeps you from talking to anyone else, because they must have you. Can turn them down, because that makes you a bigot. Guess what, your friend is a fag and has been giving you shit advice to try to turn you gay. Fags do this all the time.
The whole dating scene turns to mush because a bunch of fags got to throw into the mix.
No, normalizing them is asking for disaster.
dyslexia
let me rephrase that
Media has no effects on people and no matter how often some ideology is "Shilled" it will never convinve a person to become said thing.
Media, certainly, can influence people. To the scale of what it can do is greatly overrated.
Generally speaking media is good at reinforcing ideas people already have, not always converting those to something.
Generally speaking media can "convert" people because culture, in general, shifts. Not because the media did it directly.
little late on that champ
I grew up watching things like Conan the Adventurer and Johnny Quest, I didn't realize I was gay until I was in 7th grade, but I always had an attraction to men even when I was too young to articulate what sexuality and attraction was at the time. I remember growing up as a kid, other little boys love boobies and I'm sure many of those dudes grew up to screw bitches. I can understand how people develop, and I think the worst thing that can happen is actively censoring out LGBT representation, as well as censoring public display of heteronormativity, conflict and violence. Children need to know that certain types of people exist as much as they need to know about all of the important issues of our world. And those children may either accept those people, reject them, or laugh at them, as any kid even without an adult influence will unfortunately do.
